Due to the wet conditions, the cross country meet in Crofton has been canceled. Also, due to the forecast for thunderstorms tomorrow evening, Friday, September 22, the home football game against Wakefield will now start at 5 p.m. All other Homecoming activities will stay at their scheduled times. You are invited to the Educationquest Hartington-Newcastle Public School Financial Aid Night "Watch Party". It will be held Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 6:30 at the school. This will be an opportunity to learn about different types of financial aid and the financial aid process. In addition, there will be an opportunity to learn about the local scholarship opportunities in the spring. This will include timelines and basic information.

The Woods 1 classes have constructed a coffee table for their first project of the year! It practiced their ability to read a tape measure, cutting on a miter-saw, working as a team, and staining/painting to finish their coffee tables!
