-NHS & 7th graders: you will not be putting up flags for Veterans Day today.

-Tomorrow is the Veteran’s Day program at Cedar at 2:45. Musicians wear dress clothes for the performance. No jeans, sweatpants or tennis shoes.
-Play practice tonight: 6:40 p.m. - Tall People, 7:00 p.m. - All cast and chorus, lights and sound
-There will be a meeting today during homeroom in Mrs. O'Brien's room for all students in grades 9-12 who plan to be on the speech team. Please see Mr. Johnson if you cannot attend. Also, please bring your Chromebook.
-Jr. High Wrestling Meet today at Madison starting at 4:00. Dismiss the team at 1:20. Team bus will leave at 1:30
-Think about the three types of bravery: mental, physical, and moral bravery, and the strength and courage it takes to demonstrate any of these.
Throughout your day today, look for small acts of bravery around you. If a friend dares to try something new, cheer them on! If a classmate admits to making a mistake, show respect for the bravery it took to accept responsibility. If someone you don’t know walks up to you and says hi, engage them in a friendly conversation. Lastly, be sure to look for opportunities where you can demonstrate bravery today.
