 Announcements:

-A reminder to all seniors applying for the Susan Buffett Scholarship. The deadline is tomorrow at 5:00 .The system will shut down at that time and if your submission is late it will not accept it. Make sure you double check and make sure that all parts of the application, including recommendations are in by 5.

-Attention students who are involved in 3rd Grade Big Cat/Little Cat. Please meet in Mr. Kneifl's office at 2:17 today. Those students involved are: Aspen Jansen, Dylan Dendinger, Ross Fischer, Kaitlyn Willis, Katelyn Krause, and Hannah Schmidt. Teachers these student will be back for the end of 8th Period.   Also to those involved in 4th & 5th Big Cat/Little Cat. Your meeting with these students has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, February 6th at 2:50.

-Anyone interested in helping out with Happy Feet for the 4th -6th graders on Monday’s from 3:30 – 4:30, please see Mrs. Edwards.

 

-2nd round of Conference Basketball Tourney for the girls is tonight @ Wynot. HNS will play Homer at approximately 7:30 pm. Team bus will leave at 5:30 pm.

 

-Jr. High Basketball vs. LCC today. Game order will be: ‘A’ girls at 2:00; ‘B’ girls at 3:00 (20 minute running clock); ‘A’ boys at 3:30 with ‘B’ boys at 4:15 (with 20 minute running clock). Times are approximate! Please dismiss the girls at 1:15 and move their things to the boys’ locker room. The boys can be dismissed at 2:00 to watch the girls’ games

-Any student in grades 7-12 who is interested in attending the No Limits Kick Butts Day in Lincoln with Nurse Freeman on Tuesday and Wednesday March 19-20 needs to fill out one of the applications available in the main office. They are due by WEDNESDAY Feb 13. Apps can also be completed online atwww.nolimitsnebraska.com. This is a great opportunity to meet with senators at the state capitol and learn about how Big Tobacco targets youth. Also, it's completely FREE.
