-There will be a Jr. Class Meeting today during homeroom in Mrs. Peitz’s room.
-Congratulations to those who participated in the Class C All-State Band - The top band members of Class C in the state of Nebraska: Trynity, Alyk, Kyptin, Cam, Kate, Tate, Elliot, Merrick and earning 1st chair in the JH Band Max W- Alto Sax and Sarah - Trombone.
-At USD Coyote Jazz Festival the Jazz Band Placed 4th taking home soloist awards were Trynity and Cell.
-Today the jazz members will perform at 2:50 PM in the Cox Activities Center Band Room. Good Luck! Our class of bands runs from 11:00 AM - 6:35 PM, they are competing with schools from South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
-Attention Seniors: A reminder that the Hartington Local Scholarship, the Hartington-Newcastle School Education Foundation Scholarship, the Newcastle Community Club Scholarship, the Hartington Chamber of Commerce Scholarship, and the Security Bank Scholarship applications are all due Wednesday, April 1st.
-Attention Junior High Golfers. A reminder is the Purple Squad that has practice Tuesday, March 31 after school. Thank you. Purple Squad should meet in the Commons when you return from track practice.
-The HS track meet that was scheduled for Thursday, April 2 is now being run tomorrow at Plainview. Team bus will leave at 8:15
- Attention Students. Cedar Security Bank in Hartington may be looking for a part-time teller this summer. It would probably be for 2-3 days per week. Must have good math skills. See Mr. Kneifl if you are interested.
