Hartington-Newcastle's Homecoming football game on Friday, September 15 went well for the Wildcats, as they defeated the Winnebago Indians 28-6.  The Wildcats led 14-0 at the half on the strength of a Turner Korth touchdown run and a Turner Korth to Lincoln McPhillips touchdown pass.

Winnebago made it 14-6 early in the 4th quarter on a touchdown run, but the Wildcats responded with touchdown runs by Ethan Koch and Turner Korth, leading to the final score of 28-6.

The Wildcats improve to 3-1 on the season, and they play at Creighton on Friday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m.
