-Student Council Meeting during homeroom in the Commons. Let Sharon Know if you cannot make it.

 

-Freshman class meeting during homeroom in Mrs. Peitz’s room.

 

- Seniors, a reminder concerning 2 local scholarships. Girls, the Hartington PEO Scholarship is due Wednesday. Those enrolling in college in an Ag related field, the Northeast Ag Consulting Scholarship is also due Wednesday. Both of these scholarship forms need to handed in to Mr. Kneifl.

- Anyone in grades 7-12 interested in helping out with Happy Feet Bowling today from 3:45-5, please see Mrs. Edwards or Mrs. Hochstein.

-8th grade & freshman: If you are interested in Driver’s Ed there are registration forms at the central office. Deadline to register is April 15.

 

-Congratulations to the HNS Speech Team, 2018 Class C2 State Champions!  HNS put seven entries into finals on Friday at the state speech meet in Kearney to score 98 points to win the championship.  Crofton was runner-up with 82 points.

Thank you to the speech team for continually working and getting better all season and for a great effort on Friday.  Thank you to everyone who made the trip to Kearney on Friday, to Mr. Uldrich for driving and doing math and Mrs. Peitz for chaperoning the spirit van. 

There will be a reception for the speech team tonight at 7 p.m. in the commons.  All are welcome.

 

-Congratulations to the HNS Quiz Bowl Team for winning the Hot Country 93.1 Quiz Bowl Competition.  HNS defeated Crofton and Scotland on Saturday at Mount Marty to bring home the title!

Members of the team included Alex Kneifl, Ben Reichle, Allie Rosener, Abbe Morten, and Shaye Morten.

 

-Any girls interested in playing softball this summer can pick up a registration form at the central office.

 

-The Golf Triangular scheduled for today has been cancelled.

 

-Cedar Track Invite is tomorrow at 1pm.

 

-County Government Day is Wednesday. Juniors will be gone all day.

 

-City-Wide Tornado Drill will be Wednesday at 10:15.

 

-Easter Break is March 29 thru April 2.

 

- Holy Trinity 8th & 9th Grade Confirmation Students: Reminder that all Winter Homework is due Sunday, April 22 at the Holy Trinity Parish meeting Room. Interview dates will be assigned to those who turn in completed homework.
