Announcements:

-The HNS Booster Club Basketball Tournament is Saturday, January 4. Mrs. Peitz has the sign-up sheets for people to run the clock and sweep floors. Your help is needed to make this event a success. Please see Mrs. Peitz if you have questions.

-If you are riding the pep bus to state one-act today, please be in front of the central office at 12:30.  The bus will leave at 12:45.

-FFA District LDE took place in Crofton yesterday. Two teams did Ag Demonstration; First team consisted of Freedom Rogers and Kerrigan Hoesing receiving 1st place and securing their way to State Convention in April. The second team consisted of Jayda Bernecker, Sara Burbach, Claudia Stevens, and Mackenzie Sudbeck received 3rd place and is 1st alternate team for State Convention. Creed Speaking students were Laney Kathol (Red ribbon) and Bella Hulit (blue ribbon). Job interview was Aiaden Rogers receiving a red ribbon. Natural Resource speakers Zoe Ptak and Jordyn Steffen both received blue ribbons. Keaton Steffen and Jenna Lammers both competed in Junior Public Speaking and received blue ribbons! All competitors worked hard and represented their chapter proudly. 

-Seniors, please get your senior, baby and toddler pictures turned into a yearbook staff member or Mrs. Pedersen.  

-Button Order forms can be picked up at the Central Office or Mrs. Pedersen's room. Get your buttons ordered soon. 

 

-Wrestling Meet at Cedar on Friday at 6pm.

 

-FFA Christmas Party at 6:30pm

-High School Basketball on Saturday vs. Pierce. Boys JV at 2:00; Varsity girls at 3:30 with Varsity boys to follow. Pep Band will not play

-Concession Stand Workers for Saturday’s games are:

1:45-4:00 - - Seth Pinkelman, Dalton Rice, Barrett Bruning & Kale Korth

4:00 – Clean-Up - - Karli Bruning, Faith Pinkelman, Molly Kathol & Emma Wubben

-Wrestling Meet at Stanton at 9:30 am.

 

-There will be a meeting on Monday during homeroom in Mrs. Stappert's room for any students in grades 9-12 who plan to be on this year's speech team.

 

-7-12 Christmas Concert on Monday at 7pm. Gym will be closed all day in preparation for the concert.
