Announcements:

-The FCCLA are selling t-shirts. Order forms can be found at the central office. Cost is $14. All orders are due by next Wednesday, October 9.

-There will be a FCCLA meeting on Friday during Homeroom in the FCS room.

-Congratulations to the HNS Cross Country Teams for their success on Monday at the UNK Cross Country Meet!

The Girls Team Placed 6th out of 27 teams.

Sara Burbach Medaled 17th, Jayda Bernecker placed 24th, Sara Reifenrath placed 33rd, Makenzie Arens placed 73rd and Mackenzie Sudbeck took 128th, still ahead of 43 runners!

There were 171 girls in the Class C Division!

 The Boys Team Placed 7th out of 34 Teams.

Carson Noecker Medaled 1st place with a time of 17:03, Brayden Kathol placed 32, Dagen placed 63rd, Bode Noecker placed 73rd and Chase Lammers and Cole Noecker placed 103 and 104. Chase and Cole's helped HNS win the tie breaker! Riley Kuehn was right behind in 114th, and Keegan Carl was in 130th.

There were 313 Runners in the Boys Class C division!

Alan Santiago should also be recognized for the amount of effort he put forth Monday. He ran as strong as he's ever run and looks to get even better!

-The Jr. High Cross Country Meet at Pierce has been rescheduled for next Tuesday, October 8.

-Conference Golf Meet at Albion tomorrow.

 

-Jr. High Football vs. Creighton tomorrow at 4:00.

 

-Cross Country Meet at Battle Creek tomorrow at 4:00.

 

-High School Volleyball vs. Plainview tomorrow. No ‘C’ game. ‘B’ game will start at 6:00 with ‘A’ game to follow. Cheer Camp participants will perform!

 

-Pep Band be ready to play at 6:30

-The Hartington Youth Bowling League is holding an informational meeting on Monday, October 7 at 5:30 p.m. at Broadway Lanes in Hartington.  This is open to all 6th through 12th grade students and parents who are interested in bowling and may have questions.
