-Student Council Members will be selling Homecoming Dance Tickets during lunch today and tomorrow.


-Freshman: If you are eating Pizza on Friday you need to get your $4.00 to Miss Lange by Friday morning.


-There will be a freshman class meeting tomorrow during homeroom in Miss Lange’s room.


-Homecoming Dress up day for tomorrow is:

Thunderstruck Thursday (Rock and Roll Day)


-Yesterday’s dress up winners were Sam Harms, Abbe Morten, Taylor Rogers, Emma Wubben & Zoey Gratzfeld.


Coronation and Pep Rally is Friday afternoon at 1:30 with the Parade to follow at 2:45.

Friday night the Wildcats will take on Niobrara/Verdigre at 7pm.

Saturday will be the Homecoming Dance running from 8pm to 11pm


-The concessions workers for Friday's Homecoming football game are: 5:30-7:30 -- Leah Steffensen, Rebekah Pinkelman, Riley Krause, and Ciara Pinkelman

7:30-Clean Up -- Keegan Carl, Alan Santiago, Tommy Folkers, and Ky Rice

On Friday the Percussion and large school instruments load at 5:30 PM.

6:30 PM - Pep Band at field this is Mandatory. We play before the game and at halftime.


-Attention students in grades 9-12:

Auditions for speaking parts this year's one-act play, "Young Frankenstein", will be held Sunday evening in Mrs. Stappert's room.  Please sign up for a time on the sheets on the bulletin board if you would like to audition for a speaking role.  If you would not like a speaking part, but would still like to be a part of the play as a chorus/ensemble member, please sign up on the sheet marked chorus/ensemble on the bulletin board.  You do not need to try out to be part of the chorus.

-Varsity Volleyball tomorrow in Wynot Tournament. HNS vs Wynot at 5pm; Crofton vs. Bloomfield at 6pm, Consolation game at 7 with Championship to follow.

-Girls’ Golf tomorrow at West Holt at 9am.

-Cross Country Meet tomorrow at Beemer at 5:30pm

-District Tractor Driving at Pierce on Saturday.


-Last year’s Yearbooks are in, see Mrs. Pedersen if you ordered one. Also there are some extra yearbooks if you did not order one and still want one. The price is $25.00.


-Thursday, September 12 - Ray's Midbell for band display in the HNPS Music Room for all beginners.  Please use the Elementary entrance or the east door to the band room.
