-Last night, the administration received a message from the Athletic Director at Crofton following our VB games there. She wanted to point out that one of our students, Dylan Dendinger, voluntarily picked up trash in the bleachers last night after the games ended. Thank you Dylan for bringing positive attention to yourself and our school.
-Jr. High Choir - Your assignment is in your purple folder along with your CD. Please pick them up by the end of the day. Also these girls please see Mrs. Hahne at lunch to check your part. Karsen Uhing, Alexus Hans, Carmen Buschkamp, Maddie Steffen, Marissah Nordine, Emma Wubben, Abby Anderson, Isabell Schaecher, Madelyn Rosener, Kendra Anderson, Emalee Hart, Meagan Ceballos-Vargas.
-Students: Please get your Homecoming flowers ordered ASAP! If you can’t get down to the Flower Shop after school they are open on Saturday from 9 to noon. Otherwise you can call in your order to 402-254-3943 or even Facebook message them your order.
-Button order forms can be picked up from the Central Office or Mrs. Pedersen's room. Order your buttons before the first game!!
-Varsity Football vs. CWCE in Ewing tonight at 7pm. Please dismiss the team at 3:15. Team bus will leave at 3:45
-Varsity Volleyball Round Robin Quad tomorrow in Winside. 1st game starts at 9am. HNS plays the 3rd, 4th and 6th games. Team bus leaving at 9:00am.
-No School on Monday in observation of Labor Day!
-On Labor Day the Marching Band and Flag Corps will perform in the Newcastle parade. Bus loads at 9am. Parade starts at 11am.
-Last year’s Yearbooks are in, see Mrs. Pedersen if you ordered one. Also there are some extra yearbooks if you did not order one and still want one. The price is $25.00.
-Thursday, September 12 - Ray's Midbell for band display in the HNPS Music Room for all beginners. Please use the Elementary entrance or the east door to the band room.
