-Student council members - Pies will be here Wednesday for you to pick up during homeroom.  Track kids, if needed, make arrangements for someone to pick them up for you so the pies stay frozen and refrigerated.


-Close Up members your cookie orders will be in tomorrow and there will be a meeting in Ms. Lange’s room during HR for your prizes.


-Elementary Spring Concert at 6:30 tonight. Gym will be closed all day.


-Junior High Track Meet at LCC tomorrow starting at 10am. Team bus will leave at 8am.


-Golf Meet on Thursday at Rolling Hills Country Club at Osmond at 9:30am.


-Wausa Track Invite at Pierce on Thursday at 10am. Team bus will leave at TBD.


-7th grade field trip on Thursday.


-State FCCLA STAR Project Results: Abby Anderson received a gold medal and received 3rd place overall in the Food Innovations JR. project. Emalee Hart received a silver medal in the Career Investigation JR. project. Aspen and Grace Jansen received a silver medal and received 3rd place overall in the Environmental Ambassador SR. project. Aspen and Grace have qualified to go to Nationals in Anaheim, California this summer!

The HNS FCCLA chapter also received their Certificate of Affiliation, the Outstanding Nebraska National Program Award, Go for the Red Nebraska Chapter membership award for 100% membership increase, Go for the Red Membership Campaign Award for showcasing knowledge and recruiting skills, the 7up membership award for increasing membership by at least 7 members, and the Nebraska State Conference Bronze Star Chapter Award.

-Congratulations to the boys track team on winning the Wildcat Invite Track Meet yesterday:  Place winners were:

Turner Korth: 1st - Pole Vault; 1st - 300 Hurdles: 2nd - 110 Hurdles

Lincoln McPhillips: 1st - High Jump - New School Record 6' 9; 1st -Long Jump; 1st - Triple Jump

Matt Meisenheimer: 2nd – Discus; 5th - Shot Put

Gabe Krie: 6th - Shot Put

Shaye Morten: 2nd - 800 M. Run

Shawn Pinkelman: 3rd - Pole Vault

Carter Lammers: Tied for 6th - High Jump

Jake Peitz: 1st - 200 M. Dash: 4th - 400 M. Dash

Kobe Heitman: 4th - 100 M. Dash; 5th - 200 M. Dash

1600 Relay:  Sam, Shaye, Jake, Zach - 1st Place

400 Relay:   Kobe, Shawn, Carter, Jake - 3rd Place

3200 Relay:  Bennet, Teagan, Shawn, Zach - 2nd Place

The next meet is the Wausa/Pierce Invite on Thursday at Pierce with the   throwing events starting at 9:30 A.M.
