-There will be a boys’ basketball meeting today during homeroom in Mr. Haselhorst’s room.
-One-act practice for all cast and chorus members Sunday night at 7 p.m. The chorus members who are making costume changes in the workout group and in the preppy group should come at 6:30 with their costume ideas. Selected students will come at 6 p.m. to work on individual scenes.
-The Veteran’s Day program will be Monday at 2:45 in the HNS Gym. The combined bands and choirs of both Cedar Catholic and Hartington-Newcastle will rehearse at 2:00 in the HNS Gym.
-Reminder: Hartington Newcastle FFA Blood Drive is Monday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you have not already done so please sign up at the office today.

-KICK OFF THE SEASON WHILE GIVING BACK – BASKETBALL FUN DAY! Skills, Drills & Competition on November 14 at the Hartington City Auditorium. 3rd, 4th & 5th grades are 3:45 pm – 6:00 pm; 6th, 7th & 8th grades are 6:15 pm – 8:30 pm. Cost is $15.00 per student and supper will be served to the participants.
All proceeds will be going to support the Sanford Castle of Care Toys for Tots donation. Anyone interested can pick up a sign up sheet at the central office. Any questions call Dawn Noecker at 402-841-1251 or Brooklynn Noecker at 402-841-8113.
