HARTINGTON – The Hartington-Newcastle Wildcat volleyball team entered Monday night’s volleyball contest with a 19-set win streak since the Creighton Invite on September 16.

From Hartington High School, HNS played host to the Randolph Cardinals.

The Wildcats picked up a four-set victory (25-12, 20-25, 25-17, 25-22) to improve to 16-2 overall, not dropping a match since September 16 while Randolph is now 10-8.

Abbe Morten picked up a double-double with a team-high in both kills, 16 and digs, 20 for the Wildcats. Kayden Jueden followed with a double-double recording 12 kills and 14 digs to go along with seven service aces. Liby Lange paced the team in set assists with 40 while Autumn Lammers added another 19 digs.

Hartington-Newcastle will next compete in a road triangular in Walthill along with Ponca on Thursday, October 12.
